  3. The free storage promotion applies from the date of the Client’s first inventory receipt until the end of that calendar month and is limited to a maximum of five (5) standard pallet spaces. Standard storage rates apply to any pallet spaces exceeding this limit.
  4. The 50% storage discount applies for the following two consecutive calendar months immediately after the free storage period and is limited to a maximum of five (5) standard pallet spaces. Standard storage rates apply to any pallet spaces exceeding this limit.
  5. The promotional storage allowance applies only to pallet spaces actively occupied during the applicable billing period. Unused pallet allocations have no cash value, credit or carry-forward entitlement.
  6. Discounts apply only to standard storage charges under the applicable Fee Schedule.
  7. Offer is subject to warehouse capacity and operational acceptance.
  8. A signed Service Agreement and completed onboarding approval are required before inventory can be received.
  9. The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse, modify or withdraw this offer at any time for new enquiries not yet onboarded.
  10. Existing clients and related entities are not eligible for this promotion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  11. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional pricing unless agreed in writing.
  12. Standard trading terms, Service Agreement, operational requirements and service fees continue to apply.
