Skenji Logistics Referral Program

These Referral Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Skenji Logistics Referral Program (“Program”). By participating in the Program, participants agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Program is open to individuals and businesses located in Australia.

1.2 The referred business must be a genuine new client that has not:

  • previously engaged Skenji Logistics;

  • received a formal quotation from Skenji Logistics within the previous six (6) months; or

  • already been in active onboarding or commercial discussions with Skenji Logistics.

1.3 Self-referrals are not permitted.

1.4 Skenji Logistics reserves the right to determine referral eligibility at its sole discretion.

2. Eligible Referral Requirements

2.1 A referral will only qualify where the referred business:

  • is successfully onboarded by Skenji Logistics;

  • enters into a signed Service Agreement;

  • commences active trading with Skenji Logistics; and

  • either:

    • completes three (3) consecutive months of active service; or

    • has at least five hundred (500) fulfilment orders processed by Skenji Logistics,

whichever occurs first.

2.2 Duplicate referrals will be recognised based on the first valid referral received by Skenji Logistics.

2.3 Submission of a referral does not guarantee acceptance of the referred business or eligibility for any referral reward.

2.4 Referrals must commence onboarding with Skenji Logistics within three (3) months from the date the referral is submitted. Referrals that do not commence onboarding within this period will automatically expire and will no longer be eligible for any referral reward.

3. Referral Reward

3.1 Eligible participants will receive:

  • storage for up to three (3) standard pallet spaces for one (1) calendar month.

3.2 The referral reward:

  • applies to standard pallet storage charges only;

  • is not transferable;

  • is not redeemable for cash or credit; and

  • cannot be exchanged for alternative services or discounts.

3.3 Any unused portion of the promotional pallet allocation is forfeited at the end of the applicable calendar month and does not:

  • roll over;

  • accumulate; or

  • carry any monetary value.

3.4 Standard storage rates apply to any pallet spaces exceeding the promotional allocation.

4. Stackable Referral Rewards

4.1 Referral rewards are stackable.

4.2 Where multiple eligible referrals are achieved, the promotional pallet storage reward will be applied consecutively to future calendar months.

Example:

  • One (1) successful referral = up to three (3) free pallet spaces for one (1) month.

  • Two (2) successful referrals = up to three (3) free pallet spaces for two (2) consecutive months.

4.3 Multiple referral rewards cannot be combined to increase the number of free pallet spaces within a single calendar month unless otherwise approved in writing by Skenji Logistics.

5. Reward Application

5.1 Referral rewards will be applied after the referred business satisfies the eligibility requirements under clause 2.

5.2 Referral rewards apply only while the participant remains an active client of Skenji Logistics.

5.3 Referral rewards cannot be backdated or applied retrospectively to prior invoices.

6. Referral Conduct

6.1 Participants must not:

  • engage in spam or unsolicited marketing;

  • make misleading or deceptive statements regarding Skenji Logistics;

  • represent themselves as employees or agents of Skenji Logistics; or

  • engage in conduct that may damage the reputation of Skenji Logistics.

6.2 Participants must obtain consent from the referred business before submitting their details.

7. Program Changes & Termination

7.1 Skenji Logistics reserves the right to:

  • amend these Terms;

  • modify the referral rewards;

  • suspend the Program; or

  • terminate the Program,

at any time without prior notice.

7.2 Any referral rewards already validly earned before termination will be honoured unless the participant has breached these Terms or the Service Agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skenji Logistics will not be liable for:

  • lost referral opportunities;

  • indirect or consequential loss;

  • delayed reward application; or

  • any loss arising from participation in the Program.

9. General

9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.

9.2 Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

9.3 If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
